Profile

Parent Organization: University of New Hampshire

The Friends of Jaclyn student organization is for the purpose to bring together the UNH
athletic community and the entire student body to work towards improving the quality of life of children living with pediatric brain tumors in the local area.

What we do is match these children with UNH athletic teams so they can become an honorary member and essentially be a part of the team. This is always the beginning of many new lifelong friendships and creates a support system for the child and their family to help get through difficult times.

We also help raise awareness about the amount of children who live with pediatric brain tumors and the difficulties they have to life with in their daily lives.

This organization on campus is associated with the larger national Friends of Jaclyn Foundation.
